About This Project
What this site is, what it can do, and what it cannot do.
What This Site Is
This is a non-commercial public interest index of U.S. government documents released under the Epstein Files Transparency Act and related proceedings. All data shown is sourced verbatim from official federal government releases — DOJ, SDNY, House Oversight, and PACER. This site makes no independent allegations.
The project has no staff and no editorial team.
What Can Be Changed — and What Cannot
Factual errors in our representation ✓
If we have misquoted a document, attributed a quote to the wrong source, or displayed incorrect metadata, that is an error we can fix. Email support@dfkhelper.com with the correct information and a citation.
Removing accurate government-sourced data ✗
We cannot remove accurate information that is correctly sourced from official U.S. government documents. Such records are public domain and their publication is protected by the First Amendment and the fair report privilege.
Content of government documents ✗
We did not create the underlying documents and have no ability to alter them. Concerns about the content of government records should be directed to the issuing agency (DOJ, SDNY, House Oversight Committee).
