1. Purpose Statement
This website is a public-interest research and transparency tool. It indexes, organizes, and provides search access to publicly released United States government documents related to the Jeffrey Epstein federal investigations and court proceedings. All documents indexed here were released by official U.S. government authorities including the Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY), the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida (SDFL), and the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, pursuant to federal law, court order, or congressional authority.
This site was created to serve the public interest in transparency and accountability by making the contents of these official releases accessible and searchable to journalists, researchers, legal professionals, and the general public.
2. Not a Legal Verdict or Finding of Guilt
IMPORTANT: Appearance of any individual's name in released government documents, or in this index, does NOT constitute: an allegation of wrongdoing, a finding of guilt, a criminal charge, an implication of improper conduct, or any legal conclusion of any kind.
Individuals are named in government documents for many reasons, including as witnesses, associates, business contacts, social contacts, or persons whose names appear in correspondence or records. The vast majority of individuals named in these documents have no criminal exposure whatsoever. The presence of a name in a government document is a fact about the document — not a fact about the person.
This site uses precise, government-sourced language to describe each individual's status. These labels reflect only what the official government documents state, not independent conclusions by this site or its operators.
3. Source Attribution
Every classification, status label, and quoted excerpt displayed on this site is sourced verbatim from a specific, identified U.S. government document. The source document, page number (where available), and exact quote are displayed alongside each classification. This site does not make any independent factual allegations.
Where a legal status (such as “Alleged in Documents”) is assigned, the exact language from the government source document is displayed. Where context snippets are shown, they are reproduced verbatim from the government document, with source citation.
4. Legal Foundations for This Site
This site operates on the following established legal principles:
- Public Records Doctrine: All data is sourced from U.S. government-released documents. Republishing, indexing, and discussing public government records is a fundamental First Amendment activity.
- Fair Report Privilege: Accurately reporting on official government proceedings and documents is privileged in all U.S. jurisdictions. This site accurately reflects the contents of official government documents.
- No Original Claims: This site reproduces, indexes, and links to official U.S. government documents. It does not originate, fabricate, or editorially alter the content of those documents. Every statement about an individual is a verbatim or summarized reproduction of a government record.
- No Independent Editorial Claims: This site makes zero independent factual allegations. Every classification is attributed to a specific government source with page citation.
5. Victim Protection
This site does not publish the names, identifying information, details, or any data relating to alleged victims named in any Epstein-related proceedings. Victim information has been excluded from all records in this index. Any documents that would identify victims are not displayed; only government-released, publicly available versions of documents are referenced, and victim names within those documents are treated as permanently excluded from this index.
If you believe this site has inadvertently included victim-identifying information, please email support@dfkhelper.com. Use a generic subject line that does not itself repeat any identifying information.
6. Data Accuracy
We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the underlying government documents. Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in source documents may be reflected in this index. The government documents themselves were created by federal authorities; we have no ability to verify or correct errors in those source documents.
We do endeavor to accurately represent the contents of source documents. If you believe we have misrepresented a document's content — for example, if a classification or quote is attributed to the wrong document, or if a quote is reproduced inaccurately — please email support@dfkhelper.com.
7. Corrections Policy
We are committed to accuracy in how we represent government documents. If you identify an error in how we have categorized, quoted, or displayed information from a source document, please email support@dfkhelper.com.
If we determine that an error exists in our representation of a source document, we will correct it and note the correction with a timestamp. We do not have the ability to alter the content of underlying government documents.
Note: Requests to remove accurate information about a named individual that is correctly sourced from a government document will not be granted, as this would conflict with our transparency mission. Requests regarding errors in our representation of documents will be reviewed and acted upon.
8. Takedown and Review Procedure
Individuals who appear in this index may request a review of their profile by emailing support@dfkhelper.com. We will review requests on the following basis:
- Factual errors: If our site incorrectly attributes a quote, incorrectly assigns a status, or misidentifies a person, we will correct the error.
- Victim identification: If a person believes they are a protected victim whose identity has been inadvertently included, we will review and remove immediately.
- Accurate government-sourced information: We are unable to remove accurate information that is correctly sourced from official government records. Such information is in the public domain and its publication is protected under the First Amendment and fair report privilege.
