In a civil deposition on March 17, 2010, Jeffrey Epstein was asked 'Have you ever socialized with Donald Trump in the presence of females under the age of 18?' Epstein invoked his Fifth, Sixth, and 14th Amendment rights and refused to answer. Epstein confirmed he had socialized with Trump but would not address the presence of minors. Epstein invoked the Fifth on similar questions about several other prominent individuals.
